GiantMall allows return of products for 7 days from the date of delivery, if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you in following cases:

  • Dead on arrival
  • Wrong item ordered/ delivered
  • Wrong description online
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Manufacturer defect/ Out of warranty
  • Wrong Size ordered/ delivered,
  • Wrong Color ordered/ delivered,
  • Wrong Quantity,
  • The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing, or

Significantly different from the description given by the merchant,

You are completely protected. GiantMall offers a 7 day return guarantee for all such items.


However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the seller does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.


We will also not be able to accept the return if product

  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product,
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories,
  • Serial Number is tampered.
  • Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
  • Inner wear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene
  • Items which were sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can't be resold
  • In case of branded electronic items, brands' return, repair and replacement policy will apply
  • Is used/worn or altered,


If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving the order.


To return a product, you can raise a return request at our customer support number or you can create a return request right from your customer account. By clicking on My Account -> Orders -> Return Requests and providing the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Images clearly demonstrating the damage / missing product in the packet


Post receiving your request Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.


Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from order time, before shipping. A cancellation fee up to 4% will apply.

Order once shipped cannot be cancelled. However a return request may be raised as per our return policy.

Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund your prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.

It will take 7-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. Refunds can also be made in form of gift vouchers which you can use to purchase any other item only from giantmall website.
